Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Global Mobility Services
for SMEs in Eastern Switzerland

What do I offer in the area of Global Mobility Services?

I support small and medium-sized enterprises in all matters relating to travel and international employee assignments from Switzerland to other countries, but also from other countries to Switzerland. My focus is on implementing personnel transfers efficiently, legally compliant and economically.

How do I provide support for international assignments and project deployments?

I provide comprehensive support for international assignments and temporary employee deployments – from planning and implementation to return. This includes selecting the right employee, cost and risk assessments, contract drafting and ongoing support for companies and expatriate or travelling employees, e.g. for assembly, commissioning or project phases.

What services are included in my relocation services?

My relocation services take the pressure off both the company and the skilled workers employed. I provide support with administrative and registration requirements, housing, school and family issues, and orientation in the host country – so that employees can quickly focus on their technical and operational tasks.

How do I advise on tax and social security issues for cross-border assignments?

International assignments involve complex tax and social security requirements. I analyse the individual assignment situation and advise on income tax, social security/A1 certificates, double taxation agreements and compliance obligations – in a practical and understandable way for SMEs.

Do I also take care of immigration and visa management?

Yes. I support industrial companies with the entire immigration process for international specialists and secondments. This includes visa and work permit procedures, deadline management and coordination with authorities – reliably and in line with project-related schedules.

How do I provide support with contract and remuneration models for assignments abroad?

I advise on the drafting of secondment, project or Local Plus contracts and develop clear, fair and legally compliant remuneration models. In doing so, I take into account industry-specific requirements such as shift work, assembly allowances, foreign allowances and tax optimisation opportunities.

Why is my service particularly suitable for SMEs without their own HR or mobility department?

Many SMEs in the industrial sector do not have specialised resources for international assignments. I take on this role externally – flexibly, pragmatically and cost-effectively. This gives companies professional global mobility support without having to set up internal structures.

Do I offer training courses and workshops for managers and employees?

Yes. I offer practical training courses and workshops for employees, project managers, executives and management. The aim is to minimise risks, clarify responsibilities and raise awareness of the tax, legal and cultural specifics of international assignments.
