As a Global Mobility Manager, I support companies in the professional management of international employee transfers across national borders. At the strategic design level and in operational implementation. My relocation services relieve HR and specialist departments through structured planning and implementation of all relocation-related processes – this includes immigration and compliance issues, tax and social security matters, as well as contract and remuneration structures. In addition, I coordinate housing, school and family issues as well as measures for the sustainable integration of employees. The aim is to design international mobility in an efficient, legally compliant and cost-conscious manner.

Immigration and compliance management

I support companies in ensuring that all immigration-related processes are legally compliant in the context of international employee assignments. This includes analysing residence and employment law requirements, coordinating visa and permit procedures, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Through forward planning and close coordination with authorities and external partners, risks are minimised and delays avoided.

Tax and social security

International assignments raise complex tax and social security issues. I advise companies on the assessment of tax obligations, double taxation agreements and social security responsibilities at home and abroad. The aim is to create a transparent, legally compliant structure that makes economic sense for both employers and employees, tailored to the respective form of assignment and corporate strategy.

Contract and remuneration models

A key success factor for international assignments is clear and balanced contract and remuneration structures. I assist companies in developing and adapting assignment contracts, supplementary agreements, and remuneration and benefit models. In doing so, I take into account labour law requirements, tax implications, internal guidelines, and market standards in order to create fair, competitive, and consistent solutions.

Cultural integration and onboarding

Sustainable international mobility does not end with arrival at the new location. I support companies in the cultural preparation and integration of international employees and their families. This includes intercultural awareness, orientation assistance and the coordination of integration measures on site. The aim is to ensure the long-term performance, satisfaction and loyalty of employees and to successfully anchor international assignments.
